Custom Requests

Do you like our designs but want to see a specific animal you love? Let us know! We are continuously adding to our collection and would welcome your unique requests. If it’s something you’d like to see, we’re sure others would enjoy it as well!

We were asked to produce a kookaburra wall mount and fence topper as a special request for an anniversary gift with an Australian connection. The kookaburras look fantastic as a MetalMotif and a custom design with a personal touch makes a great gift!

Send us a picture and as much information as possible of what you’d like and we’ll let you know what we can do.

All custom pieces come with a minimum design charge £40 (more complex requests will cost more, this charge will be settled on once the base image is viewed by us before we start designing). The design charge covers regular correspondence with you and unlimited design alterations to ensure the final product is exactly as you imagined it. Final product cost is then calculated from the design charge plus the size, complexity, and quantity of the product(s).

Terms for Custom Designs

Payment must be received before we ship the item.

We reserve the right to reuse the finished product in our own product range, unless asked otherwise by the customer when using one of their personal images.

Please use either personal photos or royalty free images. We can also source images for us to work from based off the description you give of your vision.
